MESSAGE OF THE PENDANT

An action filled story set in 1818 of the English couple's pursuit of a French agent involved in a conspiracy to free Bonaparte from exile. Beginning with the discovery of a murder in their manor, Elizabeth and William find a mysterious pendant containing a long lost request by Bonaparte for the Americans to burn the buildings of Parliament. They are then propelled on a trail that leads to encounters with Henry Clay in post-war Maryland, a shipwreck off the coast of Scotland, kidnapping of the American Vice-President, a terror filed night in an English castle, a harrowing siege on the Island of St. Helena and the destruction of the Manor before the mystery is resolved.

THE FORTH CONTENTION

A medieval legacy threatens the Darmon household and a murder in Surrey leaves a trail of clues that bring Elizabeth and William to peril in Egypt, desperation on the slopes of Mount Parnassus and despair inside a prison of Constantinople. It is a race with time to save an English lifestyle in a contest with the rival Forth family for untold wealth and freedom for the kingdom of Greece. Along the way we find clues visible only in the spring sky of 1825, Greek freedom fighters who fight the British for the cause of Hellenism, and pirates who terrorizes the Mediterranean. On the eve of the Greek revolution, the Darmons must solve a puzzle that threatens their legacy and restore the Darmon name.

THE PATRIOTE PROPOSITION

A compelling story of an English family's visit to New Brunswick Colony of British North America in 1833 during the time of rising sentiment for Canadian separation and insurrection. Beginning with the wild return of an empty carriage, Elizabeth Darmon begins a harrowing pursuit of her family's kidnappers to Quebec City. Shortly thereafter, her brother-in-law, Charles, recovers from a gunshot wound near the scene of the abduction and is led to the Patriote Party's fanatical element of Reformers. Family members cross paths in a desperate attempt to learn the truth of the conspiracy and murder, until they are swept into a tumultuous assault on the governor's palace.

NIGHT WIND TO BAHIA

As the Darmons and Bagwells depart Canada in the spring of 1834, they find themselves aboard a ship overwhelmed by cholera. Virtually alone without crew or healthy passengers, they face storms and encounters with ships fearful of the plague. A shipwreck on the Northeast coast of Brazil separates the castaways. William stumbles upon a murder scene at a sugar plantation. His arrest and escape leads to a harrowing journey down the Chapada Diamentina. To the south, he finds the country on the brink of civil war. Amidst the Farroupilha revolution, he learns of a conspiracy against the Regency. To the north, family members fall victim to a dangerous blood transfusion to provide immunity for the heir apparent, Dom Pedro II before William sets in motion a ruse to bring the killer to justice.
